Terms and Conditions

Please read the rental terms and conditions carefully. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is required to complete the service.

Apartment reservation rules.

  1. After reviewing the rental offer, the client makes a tentative reservation electronically.
  2. A reservation confirmation is sent to the Client containing: the price, rental period, deposit amount, and bank account number to which the deposit should be paid.
  3. Within 24 hours (unless otherwise agreed), the Customer shall pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total rental price into the company’s account.
  4. Payment of the deposit within the specified deadline is tantamount to concluding the lease agreement and accepting the terms and conditions.
  5. If the deposit is not paid by the agreed deadline, the preliminary reservation will expire automatically, without the need for any additional statements from the Lessor.
  6. The remaining balance is paid by the Guest in cash or by credit card on the day of arrival, or by bank transfer to the Lessor's account, provided that the funds must be credited to the account no later than the start date of the stay.
  7. Any changes to the reservation conditions must be made in writing and shall be concluded on the basis of a voluntary agreement between the parties.
  8. In the event of cancellation of the stay and notification thereof in writing up to 30 days before the start date of the rental, the deposit will be refunded after the deduction of administrative costs in the amount of PLN 100.
  9. In the event of cancellation submitted less than 30 days, but no later than 1 day before the planned commencement date of the lease, the Customer is entitled to a refund of 1/3 of the paid deposit. The remaining part of the payment is retained to cover reservation costs and lost profits related to blocking the date.
  10. The condition for making a return is to submit the resignation in writing.
  11. If the Client fails to appear on the arrival date without prior notice of cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Start and end of apartment rental

  1. Please arrive on the day agreed in the reservation, between the hours of 16.00-18.00It is possible to arrive after office hours by prior arrangement. The Client's potential absence on the agreed rental start date will be treated as a breach of contract. Office working hours may change depending on the season – the Guest will be informed of any changes before the stay begins.
  2. Upon the guest's arrival, check-in formalities are completed (the guest is required to present an identity document) and the final payment is settled. The office staff hands over the apartment keys.
  3. Upon taking over the apartment, the Client bears full responsibility for the furnishings located within the apartment. In the event of discovering any missing items or damage to the furnishings, the Client is obliged to report them to the Landlord no later than the following day. Failure to report is tantamount to having no reservations. During the inspection of the apartment by the Landlord's employee after the rental period has ended, an examination of the condition of the furnishings will be conducted. Any identified shortages or damage will be replaced at the Client's expense. If it is necessary to carry out any renovation work as a result of destruction, the Client may also be charged with rental costs for the duration of the restoration work.
  4. In the event of lost keys, the Guest will be charged 150 PLN. 
  5. Please vacate the apartment on the agreed day by 10.00. In the event of an extended stay without prior arrangement, the Guest may be charged for the rental costs for the period during which they additionally occupied the apartment. In the event that the unarranged stay prevents the apartment from being occupied by the next Guest, they may be charged with additional costs resulting from the unfulfilled contract.
  6. An earlier departure of the guest does not entitle them to request a refund for the unused stay.

Guest Stay

During your stay, we kindly ask our guests to observe the following rules:

  1. A maximum of only the number of people presented in the rental offer may stay in the apartment.
  2. The stay of animals must be agreed upon with the landlord.
  3. Please do not smoke indoors.
  4. It is forbidden to store bicycles on balconies/terraces.
  5. Please observe generally accepted standards of social behavior, including in particular quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
  6. Parties are not allowed in the apartment.
  7. Failure by the Clients to comply with the above may result in immediate termination of the agreement. In such a case, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the rental costs.

Remaining arrangements

  1. If, for objective reasons, Apartamenty Na Wyspie is unable to fulfill the rental agreement, it is obligated to offer the Customer an apartment during the same period that meets a similar or higher standard. If the Customer does not accept the change, all fees paid will be refunded immediately or, in the case of shortened stays, the amount due for the unused days will be refunded.
  2. We kindly ask our guests to report any inconveniences related to their stay in the apartments, as well as any potential failures and damages.
  3. The office is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, items of special value (including jewelry, electronic equipment, and documents) left in the apartment, unless the damage was caused by the intentional fault or gross negligence of the Lessor.
  4. The office is also not responsible for damage to vehicles left in the parking space, except for damage resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Lessor.
  5. Personal items left in the apartment by a departing guest will be sent back at their expense to the specified address. If no instructions are provided, the office will store the items for a period of one month and then dispose of them.

Personal data

  1. The controller of personal data is APARTAMENTY NA WYSPIE, a company headquartered in Świnoujście.
  2. The Guests' personal data are processed for the purpose of executing the rental agreement, settling accounts, fulfilling accounting obligations, and ensuring the safety of the stay – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
  3. The e-mail address provided during the reservation may be used by the Lessor to send information regarding the stay and – based on the legitimate interest of the administrator – information about similar services provided by the Lessor (stay offers, seasonal promotions), with the possibility of easily and free of charge objecting to such communication at any time.
  4. The guest has the right to access the content of their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  5. Data is not transferred to third parties other than entities cooperating in the performance of the service (e.g., accounting services, payment operators), exclusively to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract.
